Our Australian/NZ headquarters is located in a beautiful showroom close to public transport in Neutral Bay. This is also the HQ of our associate business - Australian Waxing Company - (www.auswax.com.au) which, for over 30 years, has been a provider of products to beauty salons as well having a strong online presence. This is a family owned business and the two companies work closely together, managed by a small team of passionate professionals.

The Position:

We are looking for a motivated Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join our small, passionate team. This role is hands-on and responsible for:

Order dispatch and stock management

Courier bookings

Assisting with logistics, purchasing, e-commerce operations

Supporting front office duties when required

This is a full time position in Neutral Bay and is not suitable for those wanting to work remotely.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently

Manage courier/eparcel bookings and shipment tracking

Receive, organize, and stocktake inventory

Process and administer orders using MYOB and e-commerce platforms (training provided)

Assist with showroom and phone/email customer service when needed

Opportunity to support marketing activities such as email campaigns and promotions (optional involvement)

Skills and experience
· 2+ years' experience in operations, warehouse, dispatch, or back-office logistics

· Comfortable with hands-on physical work (lifting up to 15kg)

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Experience with order management software (MYOB, Magento, or similar a bonus)

· Willingness to contribute across departments and adapt to business needs

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· A proactive positive attitude with a small team

· Beauty industry experience is a bonus but not essential

· Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Accurate numeracy skills

· Ability to multitask and collaborate with the team and/or work autonomously

· Minimum completion of Year 12 or equivalent
