About the Role

Links Freight is a fast-growing, family-owned logistics company based in Penrith. We specialise in transporting dangerous goods, waste, and general freight across the Sydney metro and regional NSW. We are now seeking a reliable and organised Logistics Coordinator to help manage daily driver schedules, liaise with customers, and support our senior transport admin.

Key Responsibilities

Allocate jobs and routes to HR drivers across metro Sydney

Liaise with customers to coordinate collections and delivery times

Monitor job progress and assist drivers throughout the day

Record delivery information and assist with driver paperwork

Support the Senior Admin with transport documentation, compliance tasks, and general scheduling

Occasionally stay back if drivers return late (up to approx. 8:30pm; not frequent)

About You

2+ years’ experience in a logistics coordinator, fleet controller or similar transport role

Good knowledge of Sydney metro roads and delivery operations

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly organised, reliable and responsive

Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage (some clients and drivers have Chinese background)

Willing to learn and grow into broader logistics coordination tasks over time

Team-focused, practical, and hands-on approach

What We Offer

$65,000 – $75,000 + Super (based on experience)
