About the Role

This is a full-time leadership position based on the Central Coast, reporting directly to the Director. You’ll manage the daily operations across scheduling, procurement, team coordination, and performance. Your job is to keep things moving, support the field crew, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll be responsible for:

Scheduling and coordinating the team’s workload

Managing Simpro work orders, job card closure, and job completion

Ordering and tracking stock and materials

Communicating with clients, suppliers, and the team

Leading performance check-ins and driving accountability

Monitoring WHS compliance and safety practices

Reporting on KPIs and supporting business improvements

What We’re Looking For

3+ years in an operations/scheduling role (electrical/trade background preferred)

Strong experience with job management systems (Simpro ideal)

Calm under pressure, clear communicator, strong decision-maker

High attention to detail and a drive to get things done properly

Confidence leading a team and holding others accountable

A sense of humour and a no-job-too-small attitude
