We're partnering with a progressive and fast-growing real estate group to find a dynamic Head of Operations in Property Management. This newly created, national role will see you lead operational excellence across 10+ offices Australia-wide, with the head office based in Sydney.

This is a rare opportunity to step away from day-to-day PM and into a strategic, people-focused position with real impact. You'll work closely with senior leadership to elevate platform performance, streamline processes, support team capability, and ensure consistent delivery across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and train Property Management teams nationally, ensuring compliance and best practice
• Oversee integration of new business units and rent roll transitions across Australia
• Drive internal engagement and culture through training, campaigns and socials
• Conduct national audits and reporting across platforms and procedures
• Travel interstate approximately 2 times per month to work directly with offices

To be shortlisted, you would bring the following:

• Strong experience in real estate property management and/or team leadership
• Are confident leading across multiple locations and remote teams
• Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and enjoy building capability in others
• Are highly energetic, growth focused, and nurturing in your leadership style
• Have strong technical knowledge of Property Management platforms and a passion for operational improvement
