Our client, a leading Occupational Health Advisor, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to work on a permanent basis in Sydney/Western Sydney.

The Business Development Manager drives new business growth in New South Wales by developing sales strategies, forging partnerships, and securing new facilities. Success in this evolving market requires a commercially minded leader who can influence stakeholders and build lasting relationships.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in a sales/business development management role
• Proven experience in sales planning and achieving sales targets, KPI's and results in line with company objectives
• Outstanding presentation, professionalism and leadership skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships at a commercial level
• Customer service driven with excellent negotiation and networking skills
• Exceptional written skills including tender and report writing
• Strong organisational and personal management skills with the proven ability to perform autonomously to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to analyse and action sales performance metrics
• Apple MAC and CRM experience along with proficiency in Google suite.
