The Role:

• Manage your own, small portfolio of under 30 properties to begin with
• Assist the Senior Property Manager whilst your portfolio grows
• Conduct entry and exit condition reports and routine inspections
• Manage arrears
• Handle maintenance and repairs
• Prepare notices and forms
• Liaise with owners and tenants

Requirements:

• 6+ months experience in a similar role (Real Estate Receptionist/ Leasing Agent/ Assistant Property Manager)
