With cutting-edge sound and lighting, multiple bars, and packed weekends, we are looking for a driven Operations Manager ready to take charge and make an impact.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about nightlife and entertainment. You’ll keep the venue running like a well-oiled machine by:

Leading Teams – Hiring, rostering, and managing bar and security staff.

Driving Standards – Ensuring service, presentation, and guest experience are top-tier.

Problem Solving & Systems – Anticipating challenges and building processes to overcome them.

Compliance & Safety – Meeting RSA, licensing, and security requirements every night.

You’ll work closely with the GM to maintain high standards, solve issues proactively, and keep the energy flowing.

What We’re Looking For

Proven hospitality management experience, ideally in high-volume bars or late-night venues.

A solutions-focused mindset—you turn challenges into systems that work.

Confident leadership under pressure with strong decision-making skills.

Flexibility to work nights and weekends (this is nightlife).
