Kestrel Cleaning Services & Supplies is seeking a sharp, hands-on Cleaning Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day, drive standards, and support a team that takes pride in doing things right. What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple sites

Conduct internal cleaning audits and quality control reports

Oversee cleaning fulfilment and ensure consistency across all areas

Assist with onboarding, training, and performance development of staff

Manage communication between cleaners, team leads, clients, and management

Respond to client queries and concerns around service and standards

Support quoting for new jobs and relay key info to sales and management

Uphold and enforce OHS policies and company procedures

Ensure cleaning standards meet company benchmarks across all locations

What You Bring

Strong people and communication skills (rapport-building is key)

Experience leading operational teams in cleaning or similar services

Problem-solving instincts with a proactive, solutions-first approach

Solid time management and organisational skills

Hands-on knowledge of cleaning methods, surfaces, chemicals, and standards

Confidence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, reporting tools)

Calm under pressure, clear under deadlines, and driven to deliver
