About the Role

As our Basement Retention Foreman, you will be responsible for managing on-site operations across basement excavations, retention systems, and structural concrete works. This is a hands-on leadership role, overseeing teams, subcontractors, and liaising with project managers to deliver safety, quality, and efficiency from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Foreman on retention/basement concrete projects

Strong understanding of excavation, retention systems & safety practices

Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
