THE ROLE

• Coordinating trades (Could be services, finishes or defecting)
• Supporting the Site Manager
• The project is in the ground and will require you to assist in running the structure through to handover.
• Ensuring the timelines and quality of their deliverables are met.
• Working alongside the Project team to ensure timely delivery
• Running toolbox meetings, inductions and OH&S standard

YOU

• Experience in either a Site Manager or Foreman role in Melbourne and/or Australia.
• Previously delivered similar projects locally where you have completed at least 1 from start to finish.
• Trade qualification preferable though not essential
• Ambition to commit to the business long term
• Ideally experience in Procore, Hammertech, Aconnex and other defect management software
