This company is a well known and reputable leading Tier 2 Commercial builder that is responsible for delivering predominately Apartments, Multi-Level Residential, Student Accomodation and Office projects up to $180M.

With over 15+ live projects on the go currently, this builder is a force in the market and that only seem to be getting stronger and expanding as a result.

Role

The relevant role is a Foreman position to work across one of this builders upcoming projects.

This role would suit those that come from a Structures/Finishes or General Foreman background in the Commercial sector.

Responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and overseeing subcontractors
• Quality assurance
• Driving and maintaining OH&S measures and procedures
• Resolving any disputes that may arise on site

Requirements

• Previous Foreman or Site Manager experience for a Tier 2 or 3 Commercial Headcontractor
• Apartment or Multi-Level Residential project experience required
• Strong impersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
• Hammertech and Procore software experience favorable
