About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a high volume venue in Townsville. You'll be responsible for driving performance, ensuring compliance, mentoring venue managers, and executing operational strategies across the group. A hands-on leader, you thrive on building culture, leading from the front, and making things happen.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations across the venues, in a hands on role

Lead, coach, and support venue management teams

Drive financial performance, cost control, and customer satisfaction

Ensure compliance with licensing, and workplace legislation

Implement operational procedures and support strategic goals

Your Skills and Experience:

Proven success in high volume venue or senior venue management roles

Strong leadership and people management skills

Solid understanding of hospitality financials and reporting

Ability to juggle competing priorities and lead high-performing teams

Knowledge of North Queensland hospitality landscape a bonus
