We are now seeking an experienced and proactive Club Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day F&B, Gaming and Event/Convention operations.

Role Overview:
As the Club Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the club’s daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining high standards across all departments, and driving member satisfaction. You will work closely with department heads across multiple business units and as part of the executive team you will ensure the club runs efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations across F&B, Gaming and Events.

Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction

Lead, train, and motivate team members

Oversee budgeting, staffing, and scheduling

Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.

Manage vendor relationships and contracts

Identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost efficiency

Support marketing and event planning activities

Qualifications:

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a club, hospitality, or leisure setting

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Budgeting and financial management experience

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
