What you’ll do:

• Deliver timely, accurate processing of accounts payable transactions
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and legislative frameworks, including the NDIS
• Support non-financial leaders and teams through effective communication and coaching
• Contribute to service improvements through data analysis and customer insights
• Foster a customer-first experience in every interaction
• All other AP tasks advised by manager

What you bring:

• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end accounts payable
• Strong technical knowledge of AP standards, systems, and best practices
• A collaborative and service-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support non-finance stakeholders
• A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning
• Experience in aged care or disability services (highly regarded)

Mandatory Requirements:

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance – or be willing to obtain

• Working with Children Check – or be willing to obtain
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Advanced MYOB skills
• Advanced TechOne skills
