About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Officer to manage end-to-end accounts payable functions. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of $75,000 + Super, with opportunities for development and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Process high-volume supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner

Manage weekly and monthly payment runs

Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies

Maintain and update supplier records

Respond to internal and external queries in a professional and timely manner

Assist with month-end closing and reporting

Support process improvement and system enhancement initiatives

About You

Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar Accounts Payable role

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Experience using accounting/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MYOB, Xero, or similar)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A positive attitude and a willingness to take ownership of your role
