About the Role:
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for managing and processing NDIS-related invoices for participants, ensuring timely and accurate payments in compliance with NDIS guidelines. You will handle invoice queries, track payment status, and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Your role will require a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. With a strong focus on accuracy, you will ensure that payments are processed promptly.

Work from our Sunshine Coast (Baringa) office, surrounded by a positive work environment.
Monday to Friday - 8am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities:
Answering all client and service provider invoice-related queries via email and phone.
Process invoices using our specialised NDIS software.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and compliance with NDIS guidelines using our specialised NDIS software system.
Uphold the standards of The Plan Management People in all interactions with clients, providers and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualifications in relevant fields such as business administration, reception, bookkeeping or related disciplines are advantageous.
Previous experience in accounts payable, financial administration, or bookkeeping within the disability sector or NDIS environment is preferred.
A willingness to learn NDIS policies, guidelines, and funding model.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with diverse clients.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial administration and record-keeping.
Proficiency in relevant computer software applications, including Microsoft Office.
