We're a boutique marketing agency specialising in the commercial and residential construction industry, looking for a highly experienced Creative Director - Social Media Manager to join our small, focused team.

The Opportunity
This is a 1-2 days per week, work-from-home position perfect for an established creative professional who values flexibility without sacrificing career growth. You'll have complete creative ownership over campaigns from initial concept through final execution.
What You'll Do
Campaign Development & Strategy:
Conceptualise and develop comprehensive marketing campaigns for construction clients
Create strategic content plans that resonate with contractors, builders, and property developers
Lead campaigns from initial brainstorming through to final delivery and analysis
Hands-On Creative Execution:
Handle all graphic design work including social media assets, marketing materials, and digital content
Create compelling visuals that speak to the construction industry's unique audience
Develop brand-consistent materials across multiple client accounts
Social Media Management:
Manage social media accounts for our agency and multiple construction clients
Execute content calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as required
Who You Are
Experience Requirements:
Senior-level experience only - we need someone who can hit the ground running
7+ years in creative leadership roles with proven campaign success
Commercial construction/industrial experience
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
Technical Skills:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Advanced social media management experience across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube. Google ads experience also welcomed
Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
Professional Qualities:
Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills
Portfolio demonstrating high-quality work and measurable campaign results
