About the role

We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing Manager to join our team at AimeeSue Studio. As a casual role, this varied position will mostly be responsible for managing and planning marketing activities for our clients, our own social accounts and PA tasks for our founder.

What you'll be doing

Marketing planning and implementation for our clients.

Creating engaging content for social media platforms and email marketing campaigns.

Analysing marketing data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborating with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Managing and tracking performance.

Building and maintaining relationships with key industry partners and influencers.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing or brand management role, preferably within the retail or creative industries.

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling brand stories

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data to inform strategy

Hands-on experience with content creation, including photography, videography and graphic design

Familiarity with project management tools and marketing automation software.

Previous experience with Later, TikTok, Klaviyo, Google Sheets.

Attention to detail along with a passion for graphic design with design experience.

Ideally we would love to find someone local to the Sunshine Coast so we can build a tight knit team, however for the right candidate we're open to them residing elsewhere.
