Our Facilities Maintenance team provide planned and responsive maintenance, emergency repairs, disability modification upgrades, vacant restorations, property surveys, demolition, asbestos removal, and construction services throughout New South Wales, South Australia and Tasmania.

RTC Group is seeking a motivated Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead our Port Lincoln team, servicing our Western Country region.

In this role, you will lead a team of Maintenance Coordinators to ensure the efficient coordination and delivery of services, meeting contractual obligations, KPIs, and performance targets.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday). Due to the vast geographic area we cover, regular travel to remote communities—including Ceduna, Yalata, and Koonibba is a key requirement.

This is a fast-paced, highly varied role that plays a vital part in delivering essential services to local communities.

About You:

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience leading teams to successful project completion, with previous experience in facilities maintenance or building & construction being highly regarded.

With multiple projects on the go at any one time, you will thrive working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent attention to detail and be adept at managing various competing demands to ensure teams are on task and projects are completed in line with set timeframes.

You will be a strong communicator (both written and verbal) and possess the people skills required to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Working closely with our operations team, subcontractors, and clients, you will be an effective collaborator while also being highly autonomous and able to manage work without direction or supervision.

As a leader, you will foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected, be adept at managing performance and be proactive to promote safety-first culture.

Essential Requirements:

• OHS General Construction Induction Card (White Card)

• National Police Check

• Successful completion of a medical check, including Alcohol and other Drugs screening.

• Domestic trade qualification or relevant industry experience to obtain a Building Works Supervisor Registration (Desired).
