About the role
The Facilities Management Officer is accountable for ensuring the effective administration and management of office accommodation, including leasing, maintenance and facilities projects relating to office fit outs and upgrades, under the guidance of, and in consultation with, the Facilities Management Lead. The role will carry out duties in accordance with relevant facilities management processes, standards and contract requirements. This accountability is delivered through leveraging services delivered under relevant Memorandum of Agreements with the Department of Infrastructure and Transport (DIT) and Department for Human Services (DHS).

Requirements
Desirable - A relevant qualification relating to asset or facilities management.
Remuneration
$85,790 - $95,413 (ASO5)

You are also required to provide three work referees, preferably two of these will be your most recent line managers and attach your current resume via the online application form.

Special Conditions
Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
The successful applicant may be required to hold a current Australian issued Drivers Licence, which must be maintained.
