The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our finance team in an Accounts Receivable and Office Support role. This is a great opportunity for someone with some experience in accounts and administration who is ready to grow their career and take on a variety of responsibilities in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with customer invoicing and follow-up of outstanding payments

Monitor overdue accounts and maintain debtor records

Work with internal teams to resolve payment and account queries

Provide administrative support including managing vehicle registrations and insurance

Support general office operations — answering phones, ordering supplies, arranging company social events, and other ad hoc tasks

What We’re Looking For

Some experience in accounts receivable, admin, or office support

Strong attention to detail and good data accuracy

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

A confident communicator who enjoys helping others

A friendly, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and pitch in

Experience with NetSuite is highly regarded
