The Company

We are working with an Australian Owned and operated Manufacturing organisation, located in Western Sydney, who are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team. You will be working within a close-knit team environment, a support manager who will show you the ropes whilst being part of a organisation who are growing within the Australian market.

The Position

As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Daily allocations and Receipting
  • Preparation of Bank Reconciliations
  • Weekly collection calls
  • Invoicing and Statement generation
  • Liaising with customers regarding their account queries
  • Be willing to be cross trained to act as backup for Accounts Payable

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1 - 2 years' experience within an Accounts Receivable position
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to resolve customer disputes effectively
  • Excel - Intermediate - Pivots & Vlookups experience essential

Additional Information

  • You will have your driver's licence and have access to your own vehicle - free parking is available to all employees on site
  • As part of the hiring process, you will be required to undergo and obtain a National Police Clearance check
