• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment allocation.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Monitor outstanding debts and follow up with clients for overdue payments.
• Prepare regular financial reports and updates for internal stakeholders.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the accounting system.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing or payment issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding financial queries.

Profile

A successful Accounts Receivable Officer should have:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
