KPR Solutions – Alexandria, NSW Full-Time – Monday to Friday $70k–$80k per year

About the Role

We’re after someone dependable, detail-focused, and happy to wear a few different hats throughout the day. You’ll be handling accounts receivable duties like invoice processing and reconciliations, while also supporting the team with general office administration. If you love staying organised and being the calm, capable presence in a busy office, we’d love to have you on board.

Your Main Tasks

Entering timesheets onto master Excel sheet

Entering Invoicing/Purchases into MYOB

Any other task related to MYOB (training will be given)

Monitoring the accounts email, investigating Client and Candidate queries and taking the necessary actions to resolve them

adhere to other offices duties eg, manage company vehicle regos, Etags, Labour hire licences, and insurances

Liase between internal Sales and Account departments

Ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Skills Required,

Basic to intermediate use of Microsoft products, eg Excel, Word and OutlookMYOB

Confidence using MYOB and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Great communication skills and a helpful, team-first attitude

Previous experience in accounts and/or admin (bonus if you’ve done both!)
