About the Role:

As Clinical Manager, you’ll oversee all clinical operations of the facility, ensuring excellence in care delivery, compliance, and staff development. You’ll play a pivotal role in building a strong, stable, and collaborative care team that’s committed to putting residents first.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support clinical staff in delivering person-centred, evidence-based care

Manage ACFI processes, assessments, and accurate care documentation

Drive continuous improvement and maintain accreditation standards

Mentor and onboard clinical staff to build capability and consistency

Collaborate with families and allied health professionals to ensure holistic support

Oversee compliance with safety, health, and infection control procedures

What You’ll Bring:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

3+ years' experience in a leadership role within residential aged care

Strong working knowledge of ACFI, accreditation standards, and clinical governance

A steady, proactive leadership style that values team continuity and care quality

Excellent communication, delegation, and time management skills
