The Role

As the Care Manager you will manage the quality of the care delivered and develop a network of community contacts for the development of providing community services. The ultimate measure of the success of this role is the level of customer and carer satisfaction and the impact on the community through a network of relationships. The role is fully supported by dedicated sales, rostering and recruitment teams.

You will also undertake the following tasks:

• Managing the provision of care services
• Working with referral sources to increase client packages.
• Meeting customer satisfaction levels with clients, customers and care workers.
• Effectively communicating with all relevant stakeholders
• Managing assessments and reviews.
• Undertaking aspects business development to support organisational growth

Key Selection Criteria
We are seeking a professional Care Manager with the ability multi-task. As a qualified and registered RN/EN you will have solid experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will also possess:

• Experience in case management, client assessment, care planning and evaluation of care needs (desirable).
• Ability to work within relevant legislative requirements and follow policies and procedures.
• Sound financial and budgeting skills and a level of business acumen.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid Australian drivers’ licence.
