• Fully accredited medium sized home
• Up to $130K + Super
• Extensive support in place
• Home has been recognized in the past for providing outstanding care
• Utilizing icare
• Monday - Friday hours
• Very close knit, family feeling within the home - everyone works together
• Clinical FM for additional support
• Fully equipped for RN Care Minutes

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration - ESSENTIAL
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Care Managers role within aged care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for providing high-quality care to elderly and vulnerable individuals
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Current Police Check
• Current Vaccinations
