They are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Care Manager to join their team and lead the delivery of high-quality clinical care in a positive, supportive environment.

The Opportunity

About You

Registered Nurse with AHPRA

Experience in a leadership or clinical management role is highly desirable

Confident in leading clinical operations and governance

Passionate about delivering high-quality, resident-focused care
