About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Provectus Care as a Facility Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the facility. The Facility Manager role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and exceptional services to our residents.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the aged care facility, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies

Leading and motivating a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to provide exceptional resident care and support

Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the resident experience and promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment

Ensuring the facility meets the Aged Care Quality Standards

Fostering strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community

Driving continuous improvement and innovation within the facility

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management or leadership role within the aged care industry

Demonstrated expertise in managing the operations of an aged care facility, including budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with residents, families, and staff

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and proactively

Passion for delivering exceptional resident care and a commitment to continuous improvement

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Health Administration, or a related field
