Robert Half is exclusively partnered with an Accounting Firm in Brisbane and they are looking for a L2 Infrastructure Support to join the team.

• Provide timely technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to Azure AD and Office 365 applications.
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams.
• Assist in troubleshooting LAN/WAN connectivity, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.
• Assisting with projects relating to software & server backups.

Details:

• 5 days WFO in Fortitude Valley.
• Working in a Microsoft & Windows 11 environment.
• Fulltime contract of 38 hours/ week.
• Possibility of extensions are highly likely.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Level 2 Service Desk Support role.
• Decent knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Entra), Office 365 suite, and experience using an ITSM tool.
• Basic understanding of hardware & networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
