We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the planning, delivery, and stakeholder engagement for critical, large-scale infrastructure projects. This is a 12-month contract role with the possibility of extension, based in a central metropolitan location with flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate major building or maintenance projects as the client-side project manager.
• Oversee project governance, resource and budget management, reporting, and compliance.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide strategic advice to senior leadership
• Deliver high-quality project outcomes, ensuring alignment with relevant legislation, standards, and procedures.
