Operations Manager – NDIS
Location: Liverpool office + WFH flexibility
Salary: $100K + super
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

NDIS experience is essential to be considered for this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with relevant experience in the NDIS space who is looking to step into a true operational leadership role. You’ll be joining a values-led, growing organisation with a focus on quality, impact, and building sustainable services that make a real difference. The team is small, close-knit, and committed to doing things properly — no ticking boxes, just meaningful work.
Key responsibilities:

• Oversee internal operations, systems, and business processes
• Ensure NDIS compliance and prepare for audits
• Manage invoicing cycles, payment reconciliation, and financial tracking
• Support the setup and expansion of SIL and STA services
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with the Director on business planning and strategic projects
• Minimum three days in the Liverpool office (WFH up to two days per week)

About you:

• At least 2 years of experience in NDIS operations, compliance, or service delivery
• You might be in a Team Leader, Service Manager, or Coordinator role and ready to take the next step
• Confident with systems, documentation, and NDIS Practice Standards
• Strong communicator, highly organised, and solution-focused
• Experience with SIL is desirable but not essential
