Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of approx. 800–900 lots
• Build strong relationships with committees and owners
• Run AGMs, chair meetings, and liaise with key stakeholders
• Resolve complex issues and provide strategic solutions
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards
• Coordinate maintenance, manage contractors, and oversee works

You’ll need:

• Proven experience as a Strata Manager
• Strong understanding of NSW strata legislation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
• A current Strata License
• Experience with Strata Master, File Smart, and Strata Boat preferred
