• To $100,000 (Based on License level)

Duties:

This role will see you supporting 2 Strata Managers with the management of their portfolios

• Liaise with the Compliance and Insurance departments when needed
• Provide comprehensive administrative support
• Daily contact with external stakeholders (contractors & committee members)
• Issue work orders and follow-up with contractors
• Assist with preparing meeting agendas and minutes
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to Strata schemes

Specific requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strata Certificate or License is essential
• Solid knowledge of the Act and governing Legislation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
