🔧 About the Role

As an onsite Facilities/Building Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a key property asset, ensuring smooth functioning, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

👤 What We’re Looking For

Strong people skills and a customer-focused mindset

Solid technical knowledge across building systems and services or a willing to learn

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word

Previous experience in property or facilities management preferred

A trade background is highly desirable

Ability to manage contractors, maintenance schedules, and compliance tasks

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Current drivers license with access to a vehicle
