We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Estimator & Scheduler to join our growing residential building team. Based in Bunbury, we specialise in quality custom homes and small developments across the South West.

As our Estimator & Scheduler, you’ll play a key role in keeping our projects running smoothly — from early cost planning through to final scheduling and trade coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets for custom home builds

Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for quotes and pricing

Creating and maintaining detailed project schedules

Assisting with purchase orders, variations, and contract documentation

Coordinating lead times, delivery windows, and trade bookings

Working closely with our site and admin team to keep jobs on track

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in estimating and/or scheduling (residential preferred)

Strong attention to detail and solid numerical skills

Excellent time management and organisational abilities

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable with construction software (e.g., Buildxact, Databuild, Excel)

A team player with a can-do attitude

Bonus If You Have:

Experience in custom home building

Knowledge of WA building codes and local suppliers

Drafting or construction background
