Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs and tender pricing
• Interpret plans and specifications for custom and standard designs
• Liaise with drafting, construction and procurement teams
• Update and maintain supplier pricing and costing databases
• Support continual improvement of estimating procedures

What You’ll Need:

• Residential estimating experience (project or custom builds)
• Strong understanding of WA residential construction methods and costs
• Proficiency in Databuild or similar estimating software
• High attention to detail and strong time management
• Team player with clear and confident communication skills
