About the Role
This position is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and understand the demands of remote mining projects.

You’ll be responsible for reviewing tender sites for relevant projects, estimating costs across multiple scopes and preparing detailed project schedules that support our self-performing trade delivery model. Your work will directly influence our ability to deliver on time, within budget, and to the high standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

Identify opportunities across multiple media sources for relevant projects.

Prepare accurate cost estimates for mining and civil construction projects, including labour, plant, materials, and subcontractor inputs.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using appropriate software or similar tools.

Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts to inform project scope and resourcing.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to confirm pricing and delivery timeframes.

Update project schedules based on site progress and operational requirements.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience as an Estimator and/or Scheduler in mining or remote construction.

Sound knowledge of construction methodologies across civil, general construction and electrical scopes.

Strong communication, planning and analytical skills.

Proficiency in construction management and scheduling software

Familiarity with WA mining regulations and remote logistics.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performance project team.

Willingness to travel to remote locations from time to time.
