Join an industry leading Software as a Service client who are looking for a Support Technician to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
You will be reporting into the Support Manager who is looking for someone who is comfortable around a range of technologies and shows the willingness to learn and develop.
The role:
- Handling support inquiries (phone, email, chat) in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
- Managing your ticketing queue.
- Configuring equipment as required.
- Assisting onsite technicians with troubleshooting
There is a strong focus on learning and up-skilling in the role, and you will be supported and trained by an experienced team.
