Field support - Property Inspections (some in-house customer admin support)

Type: Perm Full-Time (available 5 days a week)

Location: Driving throughout Metropolitan Sydney 5 days week (No WFH)

Requirement: Must be PR and residing in Sydney, NO VISA SPONSORSHIPS

What to expect:

Our property inspectors have a passion for being a team-players, like being out on the road and are driven to provide exceptional customer service. Once our Bookings team completes our customer’s schedules, our Property Inspectors serve as the single point of contact for those clients and manage communication between corresponding teams. You must be eager to engage with clients as this role will be crucial in nurturing partnerships and being willing to be trained.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain exceptional customer service with clients, ensuring their needs are met.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.

Willing to drive between 8 to 10 properties across Metropolitan Sydney as the day starts in the field and ends in the field.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polite and courteous personality.

Own a reliable vehicle + comprehensively insured vehicle with full license + clean driving record

Provided with a toll tag/petrol card and mobile phone

No criminal record, and must be reliable and like working on your own
