Your Duties:

• Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders
• Client liason
• Managing all freight
• Managing small team
• Preparing and maintaining client status reports for key clients
• General administration duties

About you:

• Experience in the freight industry (essential)
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
