About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Graduate Logistics Coordinator to join our logistics and supply chain team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate looking to start a career in logistics, supply chain, or operations management. You'll gain hands-on experience in managing day-to-day logistics, supporting inventory control, and ensuring efficient delivery processes.
Located on iconic South Beach, the distillery and brewery includes a bar, restaurant with an open kitchen, and retail outlet that reflects the modern, relaxed sophistication of South Fremantle. We are a close-knit team that values innovation, creativity, efficiency and a can-do attitude. You’ll work alongside experienced logistics professionals in a supporting learning environment.
An immediate start is available for the right candidate. This is a full time role Monday – Friday and will be based in our South Fremantle office.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating daily shipping and distribution operations
Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, and transport providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
Stocktakes of multiple sites owned or run by RWT
Track shipments and update internal systems with delivery status and manage logistics documentation (e.g., invoices, delivery dockets, freight bills)
Contribute to logistics process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives
Support data entry, reporting, and performance analysis
Respond to customer and internal queries regarding delivery and stock issues
Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Requirements:
Recent graduate with a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management or related field
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Forklift / High Risk Licence / Drivers Licence
Comfortable with a mix of office-based and physical tasks including lifting and stock movement
Desirable (but not essential):
Internship or work experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
