About the Role
You’ll work directly with the Managing Director and leadership team, overseeing all financial reporting and compliance across both businesses. This isn’t just a back-office role, it’s a chance to shape financial strategy and implement improvements that make a real difference.

Your Responsibilities
· Full accounts management: payables, receivables, reconciliations
· BAS, PAYG, and superannuation compliance and lodgements
· Weekly payroll processing and employee entitlement tracking
· Financial reporting: cashflow, P&L, payroll, and more
· End-of-year reconciliations and summaries
· Liaising with ATO, banks, and external accountants as required
· Supporting HR functions including employee contracts, onboarding docs, and job descriptions

What You’ll Bring
· Strong experience in a similar finance role (multi-entity experience a bonus)
· Proficiency in Xero
· A self-starting attitude with strong problem-solving skills
· Payroll and basic HR understanding preferred
· A genuine desire to improve systems, not just “do the job”
