EPM Print Group have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant who prides themselves on excellent customer service to join our team.
This Part-Time position working Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 3:00pm is a broad-based role delivering efficient and effective administrative support to our Accounts Manager and Customer Service Team.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Provide daily administrative support to the Accounts Manager
Prepare and send invoices daily
Follow up aged debtors and contact customers by phone to arrange order pre-payments where required
Update and maintain customer information to ensure database accuracy of contact information
Answering phones
Liaise with Account Managed clients as directed for administrative purposes, problem solving, quote follow-ups and order statuses
Provide general administrative support to the sales and estimating team when required
Reporting directly to the Accounts Manager, the ideal candidate will have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Very high attention to detail
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience with Xero Accounting Software is essential
