Join Our Team as a People & Culture Administrator (part time).

Are you passionate about people? We are seeking a dedicated People & Culture Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact.

Availability: Must be available to work full time hours on Tuesdays; other days can be negotiated

Key Responsibilities:

Support the recruitment process, helping to attract top talent

Play a key role in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees

Contribute to the development and execution of our employee wellbeing programs

Assist in administering our HRIS systems, contributing to efficient operations

Administer our learning & development

Serve as a backup for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing

All applicants must hold or be eligible to obtain a Maritime Security Identity Card (MSIC) which includes a background check and may be required to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment and will be subject to Drug and Alcohol testing in accordance with Company policy.

This position is located at East Arm Wharf, but will require occasional travel to Fort Hill Wharf also. The successful applicant will need sufficient transport to get to work, as there is no public transport (buses) or bicycle access to East Arm Wharf .
