Swimming and Water Safety is responsible for providing vital swimming and water safety education to our young people.
Our role is to deliver the skills and knowledge to keep students safe in and around our aquatic environments.
We do this by delivering swimming and water safety education through the state of Western Australia.
The Role
As Project Officer you will provide administrative and strategic support to achieve the successful delivery of swimming and water safety education.
You will work collaboratively in a dynamic environment to support strategic initiatives. This includes preparing project plans, coordinating reports, and developing support materials to attract and build a sustainable workforce.
We are looking for someone with initiative and sound organisational skills, including the ability to identify priorities. You will have sound communication skills and be able to provide advice and support to ensure a highly responsive customer service.

Eligibility
To work with us, you must:
- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start.
