Due to continued growth, PWR is seeking a Junior Projects & Regional Administrator to help support our Perth & Projects team in our new office located in Abernethy Road, Kewdale.

PWR (Paull & Warner Resources) offers a wide range of products and services across various sectors, including fire suppression, emergency response vehicles, rescue equipment, emergency response training, and personnel hire.

Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Onboarding of new employees
• Undertake all pre-mobilisation tasks as per PWR and client requirements
• Data entry and uploading of documents into PWR database and client mobilisation systems
• Booking of flights, accommodation and car hire
• Ensure bookings of medicals, inductions & training for employees
• Processing of job sheets and timesheets
• Development of PO numbers and invoices
• Liaison with both internal and external stakeholders
• General administration duties as required
• Maintain accurate records of all correspondence for job orders and quotes.
• Document Control Administration

The right person will be able to demonstrate:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• High attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the fire industry preferred but not essential, we’re happy to train the right person.
