Chu Bakery Pty Ltd is looking for a full time pastry chef Pastry Chef for their bakery that provides high quality products and service. You will work within a small pastry team working Tuesday to Saturday and be available to start immediately.
Job description:
mix croissant, brioche and choux dough
prepare cake and pastry fillings
create glazes and garnishes for cake and pastries
bake sponges and choux
decorate cakes and sponges
operate machinery baking equipment
general cleaning and maintenance of baking equipment
Skills required:
Ability to make french cakes/patisserie/creams/garnishes/glazes Time management
Quality control
Effective communication
Work within a team environment
Minimum 2 years experience in Pastry Chef position required
Salary:
$75,000 - $80,000 per annum
