Side Piece Deli is the latest venture from the team behind Daisies Cottesloe, The Other Side, and Ol Buoy. We're here to offer a not-so-secret indulgence with bold flavours, playful vibes, and a dash of cheek. Whether it's a quick coffee fix, a stacked deli sandwich or something sweet, we're bringing something fresh to Swanbourne.

We're on the hunt for a talented and reliable Sous Chef to join our opening team. This role is perfect for someone with strong à la carte experience who’s ready to step into a leadership position and help shape a brand-new venue from the ground up.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie

Solid background in à la carte service and high-volume kitchens

Strong leadership skills and ability to support the Head Chef in daily operations

Passion for great food, consistency, and efficiency

Available to start from the start of August
