Vintners Wine Bar by McHenry Hohnen is opening soon in the village of Witchcliffe—just ten minutes south of Margaret River—and we’re building a small, tight-knit team to help bring it to life.

We’re looking for a passionate, experienced Pizza Chef to join us in launching a venue where food and wine work hand-in-hand. Our menu draws on European flavours, with pizza as a cornerstone of the offering—simple, seasonal, and built on quality produce.

The Role
As Pizza Chef, you’ll lead the pizza section—managing prep, shaping dough, cooking to order, and maintaining consistency under pressure. You’ll be part of a collaborative kitchen where versatility, creativity and reliability matter.

We’re Looking For

· Proven experience making quality pizzas in a professional kitchen

· A solid understanding of dough fermentation and pizza preparation

· Experience working with high-temperature ovens (non-wood-fired)

· A passion for seasonal, local ingredients and clean, consistent execution

· A team-oriented mindset and willingness to support other sections when needed
